How do I get my booking confirmation?

  • Once your payment goes through you will receive your booking confirmation (in 3 minutes) by email. If you can not see your booking confirmation in your inbox then please do check your junk/spam folder, also you can print your confirmation by log in to your account in our website www.parkingextra.com

How do I get from the car park to the terminal at the Airport?

  • All  car parks are either providing a FREE transfer service (any chargeable transfer would be mention in the product details) to the airport or they are so close to the terminal that a transfer is not required. Transfers depart on a regular basis 24 hours a day.

Are the car parks secure?

  • We only promote secure parking. Most of the car parks hold the Park Mark Award for security.

Are the car parks open 24 hours a day?

  • All of the car parks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for more detail of opening and closing please read more info for the carpark.

What is the benefit of pre-booking airport parking?

  • Simply by pre-booking your airport parking you will save up to 60% compared to the cost of turning up and parking on the day. We recommend you book early to get the best price as the cheapest car parks often get fully booked.

Can I still book parking if I'm travelling tomorrow?

  • When you book parking online with us you will be able to print off your booking confirmation and full directions to find the car park at the end of the booking. You can therefore pre-book your airport parking right up to only a few hours before your arrival at the car park.

How do I find the car park when I get to the airport?

  • Full directions to the car park are available your booking confirmation which you will receive an automatically generated email confirming this within a few minutes of completing your booking.

Do I have to leave my car keys with the car park?

  • This will depend on which car park you book. If you book an off airport car park or a meet and greet car park you will normally be required to leave your keys as the car parks staff will need to move your car. They are insure to do this. If you do not want to leave your keys you should book an on- airport car park.

How do I amend or cancel my booking?

  • You can amend or cancel your booking 24 hours a day Simply log in to your account and go to My Account customer service area. Cancellations notified less than 48 hours before departure will normally be charged in full.

What is Airport access (Levy) Fee?

  • A number of UK airports now charge Meet & Greet parking operators a licence fee to operate on their own grounds. This ensures that only the best operators are approved to pick up and drop off your vehicles directly outside the terminal buildings or forecourts and designated collection area within the short stay car parks, meeting points are varies from terminal to terminal.

    The cost of this levy varies from airport to airport.
